I recently found out about Mermay and although it's a bit late, and don't plan on doing it daily I decided to participate. Maybe next year I'll do it daily.

Some great things going on with this design. The effect of the wind on her hair and sleeves is a nice touch and animates the piece. The colours work well together and keep things consistent. The small touches of her jewelry and tiara add a lot to the character and the pose and proportions feel natural. The translucency of the sleeves and the little vines on the driftwood tiara are especially great
A few things that may help improve your mermaids in the future. Her tail is very uneven and throws the picture a little bit. Try to make the fins a little more even and it will greatly improve the picture. I think if you tried to make the fins a bit translucent, like you did quite well with her sleeves, it could be a nice effect and tie the two features together in a subtle way. Her size and placement of her pupils and eyes are also a little uneven as well, which throws off her otherwise well drawn face and expression.
All in all, a great mermaid with a solid design and many nice details with only a few small areas that could be improved! Hopefully you'll draw another one next may!
